We offer a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days from delivery to exchange your item or be issued with store credit.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
For trainers we would require at least one of the plastic wraps to remain sealed.
To start a return, you can contact us at Support@pgarms.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

CancellationOrders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. However, we reserve the right to charge a £30.00 cancellation charge. This is the charge that is passed on from our suppliers.
Damages and issues
